John williams Race Report for 11/4

Robin Pemberton, head of Racing competition & development at Nascar has no problem with Bred Keselowski’s on-track actions, which he says is just hard racing while six-time champ Jimmie Johnson says the intense pressure to win in the new Chase format, especially coming off a bad race, which Keselowski had in Martinsville, simply breeds a scenario like the one on Sunday from Texas where the No. 2 Penske Ford split the race leaders on a green-white-checkered restart resulting in a cut left rear tire for Jeff Gordon and subsequent post-race brawl on pit road…

As for the Penske star himself, already on probabtion for a similar incident after the race at Charlotte three weeks ago,  Keselowski says he won’t back down so look out because the fireworks could be just starting..

And  how bad is it when two of Nascar’s most controlled veterans and super stars of the sport, Matt Kenseth and Jeff Gordon, get physical in two separate incidents with the same driver?
